Last Thursday, we had the inspection.
This Wednesday, we had the termite inspection and appraisal AND we signed the papers for our new home. Now we just sign many more pages, gather many more forms and documents and wait. We are closing on both homes on April 15th...tax day.
Yay! Thanks for your prayers. This has all happened SO fast and has been such a blessing.
