This July we will have been married for 7 years. Nathan's mother had an album that contained a picture from every year of their life to capture how their lives changed each year of marriage and I always thought that was a great idea. I have an album too but I thought I'd post it here as well.
July 29, 2006 - Our Wedding Day
We were 21 and 22. We got married at Lexington Presbyterian in Lexington, SC.
December 2006/January 2007
Nathan's parents were celebrating 25 years of marriage, grandparents were celebrating 50 years and we were coming up on our first anniversary. So we all went on a family cruise to the Caribbean.
October 2008
We were completing our 2nd month in China. We traveled to Beijing and visited the typical touristy spots. Here we are in front of the Forbidden City.
Fall 2009
Hanging out with friends at IS Coffee. We were fostering this little guy, JB, on the weekends. He was our practice for Madeline who was in my belly at this moment.
May 2010
Madeline was just 2 weeks old and our good friend Benny took family pictures of us at the park in our apartment complex in Shenyang, China. She was so tiny!
December 2010/January 2011
When Maddy was 6 months old we started fostering Jachin. This was our Christmas picture. He had broken his arm just a few weeks before wrestling with Daddy on the bed :-(
