Baby #3

So I am sorry I have not been as faithful to my bloggers as I have to my facebook family :-( but I am not giving you the great news that baby #3 will be coming in December. Here is the ultrasound:
The little sack in the right top is where the baby is getting all their nutrition and the bottom left is the baby. So when Christmas comes, we will have a 3 1/2 year old, 23 month old and newborn. This will be our last one.

Do you want a boy or a girl?
We would love a boy but have come to assume that we are a girl making family so that is what we are expecting but come July, we shall see.

How's the pregnancy been?
Tricky! My nausea has definitely gotten worse with each child so it has been quite a trial to feed myself and my family. It starts around early afternoon and continues into the evening. Everything else is going well. Most days I just try to survive but some days, like today, I actually enjoy eating some things. My sister-in-law recommended doing crock-pot meals and I did today and it was so yummy! I made a chicken and biscuit meal and I could tell my body craved the vegetables so much and literally gobbled them up.

Is your family excited because they get to be here for this one?
Yes! My family is already talking about how they will be here for the delivery and it makes me so excited.

So this is your first baby in the US. How do you feel about that?
It has actually been very difficult process so far. It took awhile to find a doctor and I am finding some anxiety creeping up on me because of what happened with Emma's birth. I'm not sure if many of you know of her birth story but it was really a hard experience. You can read it again here: Birth of Emma-Mae There was so much I wasn't able to control and so much that hurt and though I know it will be different here, because I don't know what to expect, I'm feeling a bit of anxiety. So you can pray for me for that. Next week I have my first appt. with my doctor and I plan to just be honest about my situation and have her basically treat me like a new mommy as you communicated information. I hope I'm not a painful new patient :-)

All that to say, we are so excited and looking forward to the journey.
