The Noisy Rabbit Challenge

When we arrived in Greenville we were immediately told of a fresh fruit and vegetable co-op called "The Noisy Rabbit".  I play a monthly fee and every Thursday I go to a spot and pick up a basket full of fresh fruit and vegetables.  I love the food and I love the variety.  It has been so worth it for the cost and it guarantees that I will use the items in my basket.  I have become so creative with what I cook.  So I decided to start a series on my blog called "The Noisy Rabbit Challenge"  Every week I will post the items that I received and the menu I made with them.  This way I can keep track of what I have made and I can keep accountability to not waste the money I have invested into the basket.  All the recipes I use will be either from my own recipes or posted on my Pinterest website under "Food".  So stay tuned for the upcoming adventures.
