Maddy Hua & Emma Zou 7

Emma -
She has started to pull up on the steps and trying to stand.  She's still army crawling but is getting closer and closer to a real crawl. She is now in the stage of trying to get things she shouldn't so we will start enforcing that for her soon.  :-(

Maddy -
-Thanks to Jim Thompson she now says "Bu-cha".  She loves the way it sounds.
-"I like it!"
-She will hurry to do something and I say, "Maddy, we need to be patient!"  She says, "Patience, Mommy, Patience!"
-Tonight we were making S'mores and she said, "Some" so Daddy told her he would make her one but she needed to sit in her chair and wait.  She sat down and said, "Wait, Daddy!"
-As we go on our daily walks we get to an intersection and I say, "Maddy, which was should we go?"  She points one way and says, "This way" and then to the other and says, "This way".  Then when we go on our walk and take our turn to come home she says, "Home.  Eat lunch".  She is a creature of habit!
-She gets to choose two books for me to read to her every day before nap.  She has chosen the same books for the past few weeks.  She looks at one while I read the other.  One of the books is called, "Jesse Bear, What Will You Wear?"  At the end it talks about giving hugs and kisses.  Every time we get to that page Maddy leans over with expectation for me to give her kisses.
-Every night we read to the girls and then Nate tucks Maddy in.  She scoots over to Emma and says, "Kisses, Emma" and then gives her kisses.
-She now says "Nathan"
-When we finish dinner she walks down the steps and plops on the couch.  She says, "TV watch."
-We have discovered Pandora on our TV and every afternoon she says "Music on TV".
