Productive

We've been talking about options for me to do as a stay-at-home mom.  Once we settle in and can buy a piano  I will probably teach vocal lessons but in the meantime we were looking for things to do.  One option we have talked about is selling things on ebay.  Yesterday Madeline and I went to 4 or 5 yard sales yesterday and bought a few things and I posted them on ebay to sell.  I felt so productive.  Then I was talking with Nathan about making Granny Square blankets and quilts to sell on etsy.  After all the productive-ness I felt I decided to try a random idea when Nathan was out last night.  At 9:15 p.m. I sat down with some old mis-match sheets and a sowing machine and two hours later I had my first pillowcase dress.  I know the season is fading out for these since Fall is coming but now that I know I can do it so quickly it gives me an option for the spring.
