When we lived in Greenville we had this amazing woman named Barb Lehman who would make meals for us every Tuesday evening. She had tons of people over and would make these amazing meals. Since I have been a stay at home mom I have wanted to do it and finally got around to it this year. I am not as amazing as Barb :-) so I am doing it every other week. Last week was our first time and I made breakfast for dinner. I made 3 baked oatmeals, lots of eggs (regular, cheese, onions and peppers), fresh fruit and hashbrowns. It was very yummy and the fellowship was great. I have to say that I must have gotten my hospitality from my Daddy.
