Nathan's grandmother has a tradition of making quilts for her grandchildren. She made one for all her grandchildren and has now started making them for the great-grandchildren and here is the first. Maddy with her Grandmom and the beautiful quilt. When I saw this I cried because Nathan's mother loved butterflies, flowers, and hummingbirds and what better way to represent her memory than having them on her grand-daughters quilt? Thank you Grandmom!
