7 1/2 years ago I met Nathan, my amazing husband, at CIU. Then I knew him as a son of a dairy farmer and he took me on rides on four wheelers and tractors. We have been married for 5 years at the end of this month. He helped his dad tear down a tree that was split by lightening and I couldn't help but be reminded of when we first met. Nathan, thank you for 5 great years. I love how you can work a tractor, teach the Book, speak truth with such ease, are so intelligent, a great father to our kiddos, play with small ones, and teach adults in high levels of academia. You are a man of many talents and I love you for it. I love how when I first met you I had never really traveled outside of the south but since then we have flown once a year, moved 5 times, taken multiple road trips to Texas and one to Canada, lived in China, etc. You bring such adventure to my life! I look forward to the many adventures we will have in the future.
